Cardio Tennis

For those wanting to concentrate on fitness rather than competitive tennis why not give Cardio Tennis a try.
Cardio Tennis is a fun series of tennis-based drills and activities, played to up-tempo music on a tennis court. It does not require tennis skills, but is all about keeping your heart rate up, burning calories and having fun. The main purpose is to get fit. All sessions suitable for wheelchair participation too.
